How are points and tiers calculated?

What if I purchase under multiple emails, can those be merged into one account?

Unfortunately, the system will not allow us to merge multiple email accounts/purchases into one place. We recommend choosing the more active email address account to stick with for the future to have all your rewards in one place.

When do my rewards points expire?

Points will expire if there is no purchase activity within 12 months from the date of your last order or 12 months from the account creation if no purchase history.  Once points have expired, we are unable to reinstate them.

Can I use more than one reward on a purchase?

Unfortunately, only one rewards voucher can be used per transaction. Rewards vouchers are only valid at checkout and we are unable to retroactively apply them on orders if they were not used.

Can I use rewards during sales?

Any sale that requires a discount code at checkout will not be eligible for reward redemption as only one discount code can be applied at checkout.

How do I get points for reviews?

Reviews will be verified before points can be awarded. Reviews have to be submitted via the review request email link, which is sent at random a few weeks after purchase.

Can I return my order if I redeemed reward points for a discount?

Yes, you can still return your order if you redeemed points towards the items. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of being marked as delivered. The points will then be applied back to your account 2-5 days after the return has been proce

I am located in Canada, can I still earn and redeem points?

Yes! As long as you have signed up for the rewards program you will start earning and redeeming points. Please note all points and redemptions are based in USD currency, not CAD.

I am an international customer, are there any limitations to the rewards program for me?

As with customers in Canada, you will earn and redeem points as long as you are enrolled in the rewards program. However, shipping/VIP fulfillment discounts are only available to destinations within the US and Canada.

Can I share my rewards with others?

No. Rewards vouchers are non-transferable. Customers found to be sharing, trading, or selling their rewards will be removed from the program and their points will be voided.
