Points from purchases will be posted as available in your account balance after a 3-day pending period from the order date/time.

Points from referrals will be posted as available in your account balance after a 7-day pending period from the order date/time.

Certain types of points are automatically applied to your account. These may include:

• Gifted points

• Tier upgrade bonuses

• Review rewards

Because these points are automatically approved and added directly to your available balance, they will not display a status such as approved, pending, void, or declined. Instead, you will see a dash (-) in the status field.

Please note:
If the status shows a dash (-), the points are already approved and included in your balance.

Points will only be removed or unavailable if the status shows void or declined.
