Why am I being charged for my exchange?Updated 9 months ago

We offer "Instant Exchange" for item exchanges that will allow you to exchange an item through the return portal and it provides up to 21 days to ship the item back. Your exchanged item will be shipped before the original item is returned.


When using Instant Exchange, an authorization hold is placed on your card. Once the return is scanned into transit by the carrier, the pending charge will be removed. If the returned item has not been sent back after 21 days, the authorization hold will update to "posted", and we will manually refund the charge upon receipt of the item by our returns department
