How do I return or exchange a gift?Updated 9 months ago

1. Visit our return portal here

2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on ’Start Gift Return here’

3. Enter the order number and shipping zip code

4. Enter your information on the next page (email address, shipping address, and phone number)

5. Choose the item you wish to exchange

6. Select your reason for exchange

7. Click ‘Return Item’

8. Repeat steps 3-6 if exchanging other items from the same order.

9. Once you have added all items click ‘Continue with return’

10. On the next screen, you can choose to Get $xx.xx in store credit’ or ‘Shop Now with $xx.xx’ 

11. If you choose shop credit, the store credit will be sent to you in the form of a gift card via email once your return label has been scanned by the postal carrier.

12. If you choose to ‘Shop Now’ you will be redirected to our website where you can add your desired items to your cart. When you are ready click on the checkout button.

13. During the checkout process, you will receive a credit for the items you are returning.

Please note* A hold for the value of the items will be placed on your card. The hold will drop off your card once your return label has been scanned by the postal carrier.
