Visit our return portal here

Enter your order number and zip code

Choose the item you wish to return

Select your reason for return

Click ‘Return Item’ at the bottom of the screen

Repeat steps 3-5 if returning other items from the same order.

Once you have added all items click ‘Continue with return’

On the next screen click ‘Get $xx.xx’

Click ‘Original Payment Method’ Note* Returns for a refund are subject to a $7.50 handling fee

Click ‘Submit Return’

You will be emailed a return shipping label

Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of the return package being marked delivered at our warehouse.
