Can I edit my order?Updated 4 months ago

Within 24 hours of purchase, you are able to use our self-help feature to cancel or edit your order. Please log in to your Kyte Baby account and select your order number within your order history. You can also access this feature from your order confirmation email.


Please note that when selecting edit, your original order will be canceled and refunded. Stock is not guaranteed to hold and can sell out during the editing process. When you select edit, your cart will be reloaded with your previous items, but cannot be guaranteed for checkout again.


Unfortunately, if you want to make any product changes (such as updating size, adding or removing items, etc.) we are unable to accommodate these requests. If you’d like to add something to your order, you will need to place an additional order. Be aware that we are unable to combine orders or reimburse additional shipping charges on subsequent orders.


Note: Order edit/cancel may not be accessible during the first few hours of sales or launches due to high site traffic.
