Can I cancel my order or change my address after the 24-hour period has passed?Updated 2 years ago

If you would like to cancel your order, our team does its best to accommodate these requests, as long as the status of the order is unfulfilled. Please send an email ASAP to [email protected] with the subject and content of the email stating, "CANCEL ORDER ####"


If you are requesting a change of address, please email us ASAP and include “ADDRESS CHANGE” in the subject line, with the correct address within your initial email inquiry. We do our best to honor these requests, but it is not always possible with the high volume of emails we receive.


*Due to tax implications, address changes must be within the same state.


Please note that we cannot guarantee that these changes are made prior to fulfillment, and once an order is fulfilled, we cannot cancel or change the address.
