How do I exchange something from my order?Updated 9 months ago

Thanks to the new features within our return portal you can exchange an item for a different size, color, or a new product.


How to exchange for a different size

  1. Visit our return portal here

  2. Enter your order number and zip code

  3. Choose the item you wish to exchange

  4. Select your reason for exchange

  5. Click ‘Exchange for new size’

  6. Choose your desired size and click ‘exchange item’

  7. Repeat steps 3-6 if you wish to exchange other items from the same order.

  8. Once you have added all items click ‘Continue with return’

  9. On the next screen you will need to enter your credit card information and a hold will be placed on your card. Your new order will be processed immediately and the hold will drop off your card once your return label has been scanned by the postal carrier.

How to exchange for a different item

  1. Visit our return portal here

  2. Enter your order number and zip code

  3. Choose the item you wish to exchange

  4. Select your reason for exchange

  5. Click ‘Return Item’

  6. Repeat steps 3-6 if you wish to exchange other items from the same order.

  7. Once you have added all items click ‘Continue with return’

  8. On the next screen click ‘Shop Now with $xx.xx’ 

  9. You will be redirected to our website where you can add your desired items to cart. When you are ready click on the checkout button

  10. During the checkout process, you will receive a credit for the items you are returning

  11. A hold for the value of the items being returned will be placed on your card. The hold will drop off your card once your return label has been scanned by the postal carrier.
